4000w HPS drip feed tube system, help a newbie out!

I am currently building a room and am looking for a bit of advice. I have read a lot and dabbled in growing, I think i have a pretty solid plan:

4 1000w Hps lights hanging without hoods
8 rows of 7 plants growing in pvc tubes filled with hydrotons
2 reservoirs, two pumps pushing solution into drip feed tubes, one pump moving solution from the drain tub back into the reservoirs
to controll temp and humidity I am using this ac unit: http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_SP100A697S41214459P?vName=Appliances&sName=Large+Capacity&cName=Air+Conditioners,+Fans+&+Heaters&sLevel=3
I am also going to run a small ozone generator as well as co2

the room is 11x8 with a 5x8 section I plan to partition off for 4 mothers and my cloner

I am somewhat new to this, so I am here seeking pointers and wondering a few things:

will my ac unit make my co2 pointless?
should I run co2 always or just the second half of flowering?
is there something better than hydrotons for me to use?
I have been impressed with canna but can anyone reccomend a better nute solution?
what sort of bloom booster/ special nutes should I consider using?

ill light a spliff for every bit of good advice you guys can give me :blsmoke:

also I have only worked with one 1000w in a 5x5 room and I imagine this new room is going to be much warmer.
how many BTU should my ac unit have? I am planning on 12000 but I dont want to run up my power bill it I can do with less

thanks!

I usually say go big or go home but dam dude, 4000w in 11x8....you are gunna have heat issues.i have a 600 and a 400 in a 12 x 8 and i use a 10000 btu, works good but i have high ceiling (10'). I would think once you get your walls up for the mothers and your spot gets smaller you could use 2 1000 hps for the main room and a 600 or 400 for your mothers. without hoods your gunna need bigtime cfm to clear the room of hot air or the ac on high nonstop.the money you would spend on the 2 extra lights could be used for some nice hoods. sounds like your serious about this so you do need to figure out a plan for the co2. i run it for flowering but it is also getting the others a little. the co2 i do manually in the morning i let the room climb to 82 kick on the co2 let em sit in it for 2 hours then i start up ac and fans for the day. need to get my shit on timers but it works for now. the best way to run co2 is to vent your lights seperate from the room so you dont have to exhaust your room air, then you can run co2 any way you like. co2 does make a huge difference. when you gettin started, get us some pics, sounds kick ass. as far as hydroton i love the stuff. if you want it wet, water it. if you want it dry, dont water it.
