400 watt stealth grow need help!!

hey first time grower...
got a smallish closet but stealth is absolutely necessary as am not too fond of prison life..haha..i have a 400 watt hps/mh ballast bulb relfector etc...i have covered closet walls with mylar but have no external source of air or any access to outside fresh air.. i have a plan to help odour control..i plan to have an air intake at bottom of the door of the closet to bring in fresh air.. at the top of the closet door i am gonna have a extractor fa with a carbon filter attached.. i also need a help on what strain to choose.. something like northern lights or similar.. any advice or criticism would be brilliant

The closet ain't huge but kinda went on the basis of 'you can't have too much light' might be wrong thoughlol.. you guys are the experts .. also wat kinda height will a norther light plant get too and also is there any way of growing as many plants as possible, i.e. smaller pots or watever and if so wat are the pro's and cons? cheers guys
