Hey everyone, I've always crept along here and now that I've got my first grow starting up, I've decided to record it!
Here are my specs
3'x3'x6' cheapo grow tent
400 watt digital mh/hps
6" max fan
can filter 33 (en route)
a single waterfarm
Forgive me, I'm going to clean this set up when my carbon filter comes in, and the lighting in this small room is bad at night.
Since this was sort of a spur of the moment grow, I had these supplies on hand and my buddy just randomly gave me a seed, I didn't have all the stuff id like but I think I'll manage. Now I didn't have Rockwool so I decided to just place the seed into a crack in the middle of my thoroughly washed hydroton. Root side down. I covered it with foil, turn on the air pump and turned the lights on. With temps at about 80F & 50% RH, it took about 2-3 days and its starting to root.
Day 1
ph 5.5(adjusted) ppm190 (tap water)
Its late and I won't have much to report on for the next couple days so goodnight!
