I did pro mix for my veg cycle, then when transplanting, used FFoF. Plants really seemed to like it! Promix is nice because it's very obsorbant, ph balanced, and it's not nearly as hot nute wise as the FFoF. I'm now using 100% FFoF since I can no longer find my pro mix bx locally D;
