One plant does not equal 1lb. Do a search for Sallygreen, that person argued for days about 1lb perplant. It isn't that it is impossible, but for a begginer or novice it is not expected.

outdoors it is def possible, indoors not really...
dream a little dream. 
i'm starting to wonder about all these people who can't believe you can grow big plants inside. is it the fact that they all just suck so bad themselves that they can't fathom the concept? or have all the CFL lumens just fucked up their brains? it's just a fucking plant. it will grow as big as you want it to.

Yeh, but for the inexperienced grower it is a little much isn't it? I'm not saying impossible, but you've been doing this for a little while have'nt you fdd?
that's not even my grow. why is everyone sooooo quick to assume. aim for the treetops and you'll never get to the moon.
this is trentons SECOND grow. he didn't even really smoke pot 6 months ago. he'd tried it a few times and liked it so he decided to grow some.
6 months experience ..........................
this is my other buddies FIRST grow ever. he didn't start smoking until after his third crop. he did this with NO experience at all.
you guys are killing me.

I always see you on here giving out great advice and helping people out. Alot of people on here seem a little too obssesed with pot. To be honost I thought you were one of them, but if you really believe its just a plant then I geuss were on the same page. Many people hold a high bar for pot, if some held the same level of a bar for their career or education it would be awesome. I'm guilty of being caught in it to every few months so I can't be too hypocritical.
As for the lines of this thread goes I have seen a 18 oz plant before. It was an outdoor sativa. I don't think that I could do it, but its not impossible.

if you want too tripple youre yield indoor.........grow youre plants then harvest but leave some stuff on the plant then switch back to veg for 30 days then switch back to 12/12 this time youll get double what you got the first time then do it again and youll get 3 times as much as the second time,and so on till you run outta room then whack it and start again.but this way you dont half to have a big gap between harvests.i use this technique and it works good.

- 4 x 50 litre pots.
- 2 x 400 watt Metal Halides
- 2 x 600 watt HPS grow lights in cooltubes
- 1 x 600 watt HPS grow light bulb and ballast only
- enough carbon filtering and extraction fans to keep that area at the right temporature
- Enough fans to oscillate the air around
- Medium: Soiless peat mix, either Coco or Spag peat mix without nutrient added. Or Hydro.
- Nutes: I use Canna but pick your own.
- Mylar
Veg your plants from either seed or clones, up to about 3 feet high from the top of the buckets, under the metal halides. This should take about 6 weeks from clones.
It is important to get a good veg in growing a bushy 3ish foot plants that are not stretched. The leaves should be just over the sides of the 50 litre pots.
On switching change out your lights for the 2 x 600 watt HPSs over top and 1 x 600 bulb hung down the middle of the 2 x 2 plant matrix.
3 x 600s will put of a lot of heat, be prepared to extract a lot of air to keep those temporatures in tow.
At week 6 use cable ties to tie your drooping buds up to the stem.
By the end of week 7 flush through to harvest which will probably be end of week 8 or 9.

mosted i got dryed in a plant for 275 not even close to a pound of dope but that only 1 plant when i had like 16 of them in 1 harvest i got a few pounds off them
