I have been growing for a while now, tried out a bunch of stuff and just got done with my LST project, worked wonderfully - and now I am trying a new idea I had of using my 35-40 gallon industrial bin as a planter!
I went to home depot and got a shit load of organic soil and a bag of perilite and mixxed it all up for damn near 2 hours (to get it all consistent).
Heres my question, and please if you cannot answer this please save the troll post
With a 40 gal pot, how long do you think I will need to veg this bad girl in order to ensure she has a gigantic and complete root system? As in how long will it take for the roots to fill the container.
