330 watts how much will i get?

yo i'm thinking about doing 330 actual watts for one plant. Im looking into rocklock from DNA genetics and Bubblelicous from Nirvana seeds and attitude says that they are pretty high yielding strains. I would only be running one plant each time and i would top the plant and then lst or make a scrog and i would be using advanced nutrients. So how much do you think i could get off each plant. I was thinking 4-6 ozs. I know that sounds like a lot for a cfl plant but i would probably veg for 7-8 weeks so the plant will already be pretty big going into flowering.

To hard to say, way to many variables play part in the final outcome. I also have a CFL grow going, letting my girls *hoping they are* that were grown from seed veg for 8 weeks.. and flowering for the same. I'll let you know what I yield off 220W... probably won't be until near Xmas though lol

imo I would put 2 26 watt or greater bulbs in a y splitter, inside a large clamp reflector. Each unit could make a oz. for you. 1 foot plant.

You are gonna have a bunch of light without proper reflection and little penetration, like a few inches. I am assuming you do not have a 250 watt cfl anyways, so not real efficient. If you have a large cfl, still need a proper reflector and can have a taller plant. I have measured the light coming off a cfl with and without a clamp reflector and it is about twice the light with the reflector. That is why I keep going on about this every time a cfl thread appears.

Having the lights horizontal on the ceiling of the cab, even with reflective paint on the ceiling, you will lose a bunch of the light and lose ounces.
