3 weeks into flowering and pistol going brown

Hey Guys, ok I got a clone from a friend that vegged her for a month tops, then it went into flowering, the plant is kinda small ( 5 inches - but the stem is fairly thick )
anyway, she's just going on 3 weeks flowering and the pistols are turning brown? is this normal so early, is it a bad thing? I'm running 2x 85 watt 6500k each bulb, 3 inches from top of plant
I dont spray her i water straight into soil

I dont know, my girls only do this when they have been fertilized by a male of hermie/

yeah thats what most people say, she definitely female, cos the mother was! and i only have this plant ! its puzzling
