3 weeks and still no pistils

Hi my plants have been in 12/12 for 3 weeks and still I haven't found any pistols. I'm using 400 hps. There in an aerogarden. There is no light leaks I checked last night also I have cut out majority of there nitrogen. Using calimagic (3 MLS)and aurora big swell (10 MLS)and (10mls) bloom. They all seem to still be preflowering. Any help would be much appreciated.

something is not right.. do you have the light set on a timer or you doing it by hand? 3 weeks into flower you should have small flowers .. check timer and all electronics to see if working.
 
It depends on your strain. I have some Ghost train haze that didn't show flowers until 4 weeks into 12/12. If you're growing a sativa or sativa-dom things will take longer. I had a Bruce Banner that took 14 weeks to finish.

PS.....don't back off on nitrogen.
 
Timer is on an exact 12/12. And I heard if I add to much nitrogen it'll slow flowering? I did still have the aurora grow in there for first two weeks of 12/12 I cut it because the other three nuts I'm using all have sufficient nitrogen. Oh and these babies are all indicia dominant can't remember if there the bubba kush or the Hindu.
