2x70w hps good results?

Do i get good results with 2x70w hps per 2 plants? my grow room is 1.2m
wide, 1m deep and 2m high. At now my plants are vegging under 85w cfl, i know its not enough. My clones are super cropped and LST.

700w+ cfl 400+ mh/hps

You can pull off 2 small plants with the lights you have now 70w hps isn't a whole lot of light but with the 2 plus the 85w cfl you should be rite @ 15k 16k lumens you might wanna throw in a uvb bulb!
