In a 2x2x5 tent, in which a 4 inch carbon scrubber is used. Would I need to use an intake fan, or a co2 generator to keep plants happy? Would one small oscillating fan do or would you need to supply co2 bc you are sucking all the air out with the scrubber? Any point toward the right direction will help! Thank you!

You either want to run an intake fan all the time to pull in co2 from the outside, or use a tank/generator. You do want an oscillating fan either way, but it's not going to cut it on its own, your tent is going to be fairly airtight and those plants needs co2 from somewhere. If you're buying co2 you probably don't want the intake on all the time, wasting it. This is why people buy co2 controllers : )
