2nd Grow. Some gen. questions? PICS included

So i've been vegging for 4 weeks as of now. The plants are short (white rhino fem), and were talking 8-11" tall. Im feeding FF nutes, and started open sesame. I've LST.D and that is probabaly why they are short in height. THEY are on their 7th node of today. Tomorrow will be 12/12. Going to be using FF nutes all the way all 6. Anyways is this a good time to flower as I can already see the budsites. O and its going to be flowered under a 600 watt hps in a 3x3 space. 73F
