From what i gather the top balf looks ready to chop down, bottom half doesnt look ready, now it hit growth spurt with new growth/new pistils popping up everywhere. Figuring out how to post pics.
A good general rule is to harvest when more than 50% of the pistils have changed from white to dark. You can also supercrop - just harvest the topmost buds and leave the undergrowth flower another week or 2. BigSteve.
