2nd cfl grow this year and i need help

Ive been working on my new box but have a temp tote box right now. I have 4, 100watt cfls and 2, 80 watt cfls. I have 4 jamaican red hai plants 1 skunk plant and a bag seed plant. All at 1 week, all looking very well for thee age, i use rain water all the time, i test my run off from them every day temp stays between 75-80 degrees, soil is MG organic with cow shit and bright green peatmoss mix, lights are 2inches above the plants at all times but when my cat sat on the grow box lid and dropped a light onto my skunk plant but the skunk has come back and is growing good agian. please let me know what i can do to change anything to imporve my grow.
