250w cfl dual spectrum

Hello fello growers. I know that you get the best harvest from h.i.d or h.p.s lamps, but i cant afford the bills so i am using a 250w dual spectrum cfl for both veg and flowering. Am i right? Anybody grow like this, if so, what kind of yield do u get and is growth within 60 days? Im thinking of growing lsd, iv heard it gives good yield and tastes awsome. This will be my first grow so im not getting my hopes up but it would be great to get some good smoke. Please reply, thanks
