250cfl for veg

Hi,
At the moment I have 400W MH for veg and 400W HPS for flowering, I believe that 400 for veg is a little bit overkill would 250 blue cfl be enough for veg?

What do you mean by over kill ?

Do you only veg 3 plants at a time, to much light ?????

depends on how many plants ur growing. the plants cant have too much light, so since u already own the 400w, why then would u think the 250 would be better? It wouldn't be in any case.
