im new to growing i want to get a a 250 watt kit an im trying to grow in a 4x4x6.5 or 3x 1.6x5.25 or 2'7" x 2'7" x 5'3" or 4 x 2 x 5 whats the best to grow in.plus what would i need to grow in a grow tent an what is the best light bulb to grow or will i need 2 an whats the best 250 watt kit would i need to start growing
You want the Hortilux bulb. It has the enhanced blue spectrum so its great during flowering. Yes you do need more red spectrum during flowering but the added blue does help. You will need some air exchange. Also something to filter the smell. And a fan blowing on your plants would help too. Also would be good for air circulation.
As for lights, what you need all depends on how much you plan to grow and the area you need to cover. So keep that in mind. You should go with a 400, you will have better results. And you can get them on ebay for a pretty good price.
