25 days in to veg (above average growth?)

I am new to growing and wanted to know if this is average for a plant. It is a lemon ice strain.

impossible to say without knowing growing conditions and plant size. please elaborate if you want someone to answer the question for you.

I am using 5 5000k cfl's fox farm soil. 70 degrees. No nutrients yet
