this is fine isn't it? they are just popping out of the soil. i suspect the humidity will go up when they get a lil bigger?

I use soda bottle humidomes on each seedling in situations like this. Cheap and easy . If out have more than 25 sprouts I'd go with a few covered trays. You want a more humid environment for tender sprouts.
