just thought about sharing this with u guys
from all the reading i have done about which veg stage cycle is better
i have come up with this
16 h cycle = roots develop better ; better developed roots = bigger plant = bigger yield
plant stretches more ; in the dark cycle they stretch to search for light
24 h cycle = you get bushier plants ; that means you plant will take less space ; your plant
wont stretch so much as 16 h cycle , internodes will be tighter
roots wont be so deloped as in 16 h cycle
an extra air pump would be required for 24 h cycle ; oxygen = grows faster
In conclusion to gain space its better with 24 h cycle....to get bigger yield at the cost of
more space then go with 16
