Step 1 - learn the difference between volts and amps.
Step 2 - measure the voltage of that outlet
Step 3 - if its the correct voltage for your ballasts, replace the outlet with one thats the right shape. Available at home depot/Lowes for about $10
Disclaimer - the potential for disaster is high here. You should find someone who knows what hes doing, to replace the outlet. And do that BEFORE setting up all your lights and shit.
