Not at all. Some seeds can take up to a week to open. Give them a few days before you worry, for now everythings normal.
Good luck

growing could easily piss you off loads, 24 hrs isn't really long enough, some people manage to get it because their climate is right and other factors but in the main they should be starting to open up after 2 or 3 days.

Give it some more time. on average its going to take 2-3 days to germinate seeds.

i didn't formally germinate my seeds ahead of time though...i simply planted them in cups and gave them water and light. a fem purple wreck i bought showed itself above the surface at the end of 4 days. a mystery potseed i planted at the same time didnt make it above the surface until several days after the purple wreck did.

so its different (in my opinion) for different types of seeds. Dont quote me on that last sentence. just speaking from experience here.

You're going to need to learn some patience to grow 95 seeds bongsmilie

Obviously your first grow? You should start smaller :joint:

I don't know about anyone else but i can already foresee the run of questions coming in the not to distant future.
theirs going to be alot alot of questions. everything has to go smoothly. ive done alot of homework on this but i would rather have someone tell me from their experience. plus i have too much money wrap up in this and no job (but looking for one) so i cant let it go to waste

It actually takes a great deal of patience to grow start to finish. Your grow has lasted 2 days so far and you've been incredibly impatient.

I could see you in about 5 days asking why your seedlings don't seem to be growing,

dead plants wilt, alive plants stand up, keep that in mind ;)
