Hey man, I wouldn't get either of those...I bought 4 sockets w/ reflector hoods from Walmart for $5.00 each, then got 4 two-way socket spliters from Lowe's for $6.00 total which allowed me to put 8 CFL's in (hanging, at 26 watts each for a total of 208 watts and 14,000 lumens). I got the CFL's from lowes for $8.00 each (two 4-packs) Then, after vegging, I added the 125 watt CFL (7,000 lumens) that I got off Amazon for $30.00ish. So a total of 333 watts (lucky right). The inside is lined with Mylar, which can also be bought from Walmart (got to hunting section and buy 2 emergency blankets...their Mylar), then added a fan to the mix for 15 bucks. Grand total of $87.00 plus tax...and you can put your lights everywhere vs the panels above. Overall my area has 300+ watts and a little over 20,000 lumens which is better than either of your options above IMO...you can check out the link in my sig to see my current grow with all the above lighting and such going on!!
