2192 Watt Grow, Build In Progress

So Ive decided to build a grow room and after a few rookie mistakes, Its coming around.

Two 1000 watt mh/hps switchable cool tubes
6 2ft 20 watt T12's(mixed cool and grow)
2 46 watt CFL (compared to 150w)(one warm one cool)

The biggest Mistake I made was buying a booster fan instead of blower. I didnt know it was a booster fan and didnt understand boosted vs free air but now I know lol. I was wondering tho if I used two of those 500cfm boosters one on each end if anyone thinks it will be enough to cool the 1000w hps?

Alot of people have also told me that a 1000w mh is a waste on a veg room, but is it really? Will I see stronger taller plants because of it? I have a true 8ft of canopy space in my flower room. Hydro system--------9'6" --------cool tube--12"--roof

veg room is 2' by 8' (pics soon)
flower room is 3' by 5' (see pics)
clone/seedling room is standard closet

Tell me what you think so far and any help you might have would be appreciated.

I have some heat issues in my flower room. I have 500 cfm of air going through the light fixture. The only air intake I Have is from under the door. I have cut a passive air intake but it doesnt seem to have done any good my air flow is as such (at ceiling) blower-----tubing-----Cool Tube-----Tubing----exhaust(outside) Would it be better to bring cool air in or exaust more of the heat out. (alot is exausted by blower already)

My temps are 86 Low 91 High

Also where Im at its 97 outside 82 inside...

Also my resovoir is getting really really warm... is there a way to combat this???

If your inside temps are 82 than you are going to have to get some kind of AirConditioner system in there. You will never see optimal temps no matter how much exhaust and intake and fans running in the cooltube. You need to tackle getting the temps down in the house first.
