2013 Northern Cali Outdoor

Hey all, first time thread here. This will be my thread for my 2013 outdoor grow. Will only have two clones, Girl Scout Cookies(Thin Mint Cut) from Elemental Wellness and Chem 4(Dark Heart Nursery). Will be posting pics of the girls in a while but will be shooting for the cookies to be a huge plant and the chem to be pretty big but not as big as the cookies and will be using a scrog method that I will learn from another rollitup member. Started the cookies in a 10 gallon superoots air pot and will be transplanting it to a 15 gallon superoots airpot Thursday from which at the beginning of june will be transplanted to a 200 gallon smart pot. The Chem is in a 1 gallon superoots airpot and will be transplanted to the 10 gallon superoots airpot and then into a 15 gallon superoots airpot and then to its final destination a 100 gallon smart pot. Using foxfarm ocean forest and foxfarm grow big and foxfarm big bloom for now til flower then when in flower big bud, tiger bloom, big bloom and bud candy will be used. will post the pics on Thursday.

welcome ! I was cruising thru when I seen your like two plants, and im like oh, ok have fun, but the big pots caught my eye and slowed me down. Mojo to your grow man I'll be spectating for sure.

Yea that's me as well but that is my indoor set up. For the outdoor I will have two and my indoor I was shooting for a sog idea and have 16. And yea man the Chem already stinks and its in veg plus dark heart released a twitter feed saying chem 4 is one of their 3 highest yielders so im excited for that but the cookies is the plant stoked for, its already about 2.5 feet tall and its only may 1st its going to be a monster. Im shooting for 6 of the cookies and 3 off the chem.

Yeah I'm w/ tws. Was like ehh. But u have two fire ass strains there pimp. 200 gals got my interest as well. Will be watching. Many packs to you this season!

deffinetly down to see a 200 gal grow! ha us other growers are certainy interested in seeing what monster Frankenstein plant u can create with that enourmous pot

haha just got the 15 gallon superoots airpot in the mail today. gunna transplant that cookies into it tomorrow and then move the chem into the 10 gallon air pot I had the cookies in. nd im also getting two more clones for my boys house lol

Not knocking you but that's definitely not the thin mint cut. Leaves are too long and serrated. Thin mint cut leaves are way more round and fat, also the branching on the thin mint is a lot more lanky/spindly looking.

Check out troopastormie541 on Instagram he has the real deal thin mint cut and it doesn't look anything like what you got there. Once again not Knocking you, just sayin I hate when people sell these supposed Girl Scout cuts and they don't look anything like the original which they claim to be.

Who knows though it still could turn out to be some dank.

I get what your saying but there are so many different phenos out there that u cannot simply say one strain has to look the exact same. I mean I agree that its not burners cut but they showed me the tree that they claim to have grown out themselves and bro that is the mintiest cookie smell I have ever experienced along with the prettiest colors on a nug I had ever seen. I go to theraleaf down in san jose where burner provides the cookies(have seen him behind the counter) and the bud from the cut I have smelled and looked way better than n e of the cookies I have seen there. nd the club I got it from (elemental wellness center) is known to be one of the best clubs out there.

Time will tell. No doubt there are lot of phenos but its being labeled the thin mint cut which it is not. It looks nothing like the thin mint cut. The thin mint is a clone only and a clone will look exactly the same every time you clone it. Only with seed will you start to get different phenos and variations.

yes there are a lot of phenos of Girl Scout cookies but the original cut is the thin mint cut created by jigga415.

a lot of other cuts are just bag seed (seeds that people have found in a bag of cookies) but they are not identical to the original, thin mint cut.

i dont get what is so hard about this? a clone of the legit thin mint was released to members on the icmag forums......it then was mothered, cloned, passed around....referred to as the forum cut, because it was being passed around members of the forum. the "forum cut" is the original thin mint.....}



The people in possession of this thin mint/forum cut DO NOT give it out unless you have some serious dough or have an extremely rare strain to trade. It's seriously the hardest clone to get a hold of in the world right now.

I get what your saying and couldn't a clone only strain be backcrossed and back crossed again and then back crossed until u end up with the closest thing possible? That's what im guessing is what it is. and I agree theraleafs cookies r hoot. but apparently burner sells it to them. U should at least check out elementals bud from it. it strait up burns my nose with how minty it smelled. but hey w.e. man only time will tell. Plu ive touched the pistils on this cookies and it smells exactly like that bud did at elemental. Plus uve seen the dark heart plat cookies at my boys nd they match your description.

Hey ive gotta a question. When should I have these girls transplanted to their final smart pot? My plan was to let the cookies hop into this new 15 gallon superoots airpot to grow a fat root system then release it into a 200 gallon smart pot on june 6th. With the Chem my plan was to put it into the 10 gallon airpot and then into the 100 gallon airpot on june 6th. would this be too late or is it a good time to throw em in?
