2 weeks into flowering, are they small for their age?

So to start off with the info:
Seeds were planted 3/16
Switched to 12/12 5/11
Both started off in FF Happy Frog 3 gal fabric pots, just transplanted both into 10 gal fabric pots.
1 pot now has FF Ocean floor, the other filled with HF & HF soil conditioner
Using a Spider Farmer SF1000
Ph-ing my water using a drip kit, best I can figure is that ph is between 6.0-7.0, but try to keep it on the lower side.
Been giving 3/4 gal per plant (when in 3 gal pots) every 3-4 days. Water, water, feed (1tsp Tiger Bloom)
So...how do they look like they’re progressing, are the buds small for this point in time in flower?
Should I be giving more nutes, or is it largely from not pruning more before this point?

The buds look appropriate size for two weeks. You can feed them more frequently , more volume ferts or stronger solution which ever gets you good results. And dont forget your cal mag.
