2 week old Azura haze 80% sativa

Just noticed that my plants a lot smaller than most 2 week old plants I've seen. I started with a slow release miracle grow soil not having much knowledge on mediums. Afraid to stress my little girl, I've been pulling out as many nute balls as I can find. 2 weeks later she's growing but I looked up other 2 week seedlings and mines a little behind. I have fox farm nutrients but because of the slow release I've been afraid to add anything extra. When I transplant I'll be switching soils but mean while does anyone have any recommendations. I have her under 2 23w cfls with 5000k, CO2 being fed threw the fan and keep her about 3" away from the lights. The temp is alway kept within 20-25 Celsius. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OP looking at pics I see a tent, lighting, innovative co2 delivery, saturated medium, a watering deal, and a sativa sprout looking like mine did at two weeks. what's the ratio for that medium? bad choice, someone's gotta say it, you'll be better off sheding as much of that as possible when you transplant into something better. any thoughts on next medium or are you researching? slow down on the watering, list details on that mix so someone can give an idea of when if at all you should add nutes (before transplant).

lights could be an inch closer, even then you have enough light for seedlings, what's next? what fox farm nutes? you bought a tent so you're determined, it takes more light and best methods on watering/feeding. Funny I responded to this post because it reminded me of what I planned to buy when I said I was done paying for shit weed. :P

Thanks so much for the input. Here's a pic of the miracle grow npk and the second set is the new medium I'm planning on using

As for fox farm I purchased big bloom, tiger bloom and grow big... I also bought sledge hammer in case of an emergency flush

Hmm that miracle grow isn't too bad actually, should be okay for seedling, don't add any nutes until you've transplanted. The premium potting soil will be okay for new medium, you'll want to ease in with Big Bloom only, and go very easy with Grow Big at first. Tiger Bloom is good stuff but all three during veg period is really too much, just go easy like 1/3 what schedule recommends. Sledgehammer can be used, recommend a flush before flipping to flower.

There's one more thing.. PH. You have to be able to control pH which can hopefully be managed by adjustments to water and feeding water (nutes added).

Continue to use this site for info, but if I may suggest, spend a couple hours reading through the steps outlined very well at growweedeasy.com. it's a good site for beginners as its reference only, you can get up to speed very quickly with it. Good luck!

I'm in the process of purchasing a digital ph meter... My water system has a softener and I feed her reverse osmosis filtered water... Is this okay or should I do spring water maybe?

Yeah I switched mediums after switching it to a bigger pot and picked out as many of the little nute balls as I could find o_O it was extremely annoying
