2 small red dots on one of my leaves? should i cut it off?

Hey so i have these 2 bright red little dots on one of my 1 month old plants leaves. The dots are about the size of a pen tip. So all im really wondering is weather i should play it safe and cut of the leaf or weather i should leave it for now to see if it gets worse or not?

If you're that concerned, taking one leaf won't have any significant impact.
