Two seeds were left in water for 35 hours and both had a tiny open with a small white part coming out. I've seen other pictures of seeds sprouting and they had much more white part coming out, anyways, planted 2 seeds each under a 23W 6500k light. It's been 11 days and nothing has come up from either. They are both 1/3 of an inch down and are kept damp with a little bit of spraying the top. I'm using MG seedling soil, with no fert.

2) Where can I find a guide on building one of those circle light fixtures that people DIY with like 15 cfls on it and mylight lining it?

Thank you!

Oh wow. It's been 11 days and no sprouts? Maybe the seeds got waterlogged for being in open water so long? I'm not sure, frankly. What kind of water are you using to water them?

Brita filter, Tap water - also the ph of the soil is 6.5 and the water is about 6.9

i would give up on them. I usually would remove mine from the water and put in soil as soon as they cracked when i water germed them and see them pop up out of the soil within 1-3 days. if theyve been in the soil for 11 days after cracking and havent come up yet its very very unlikely they will imo.
Unfortunatley off the top of my head i dont know of a link to diy cfl fixture like your talking about, but i'll dig around a bit and see if i cant find one.
