2 differnt plants 2 differnt questions and 1 noob

So my current grow is Royal dwarf auto (in her 50 days) and OG kush that popped out 9 days ago.
My setup :
180X60X50cm Closet
250w Dualspectrum light
3 Fans - IN/DE and another one on the plant.
Temperature and humidity : 77F/ 65F, Humidity 40-55%
10liter pot with Coco soil.
Nuts : SENSI GROW/BLOOM A+B
the light is on 18/6 that is good for both of that plants.

i would like to know what should be the PPM for the royal dwarf, it look like she is in her preflower
stage and now i water with about 1300PPm (bloom nuts + PH). do you think she need more than that
in her age?

and for the OG KUSH i have another question - she popped out 9 days ago (2 days from seed)
and did it nice, but it looks like she stop growing from that day. i flushed the soil before i planted
the seed and the soil was still moist and the pot is still havy. im feeding only PH`d water with spray, nothing more.
do you think its normal or should i re-plant her in new soil (that didnt got any water before).

The seedling looks good, in the beginning they seem to put a bit more effort into growing a root system at first, and then the top growth will follow. It should really take off here soon, I would just keep it up and let it ride.

Also the other plant looks good too, only bump up the PPM's if you start seeing deficiencies. It does look like the bottom leaves are maybe starting to yellow a bit though, so just slowly bump up the PPM's till its nice a green with no signs of deficiency.

I had the same problem with one of my seedlings last year. I stopped watering for about a week, she started growing to my surprise. It may sound dumb but lay off the water for a while. If that doesn't work then re-plant.

i gave her 1600 Ppm today and for the seedling i only spray the soil around her with Ph`d water with
a bit biobizz root juice, so what do you think should ill start water regular, i mean not with spray?
