2 600 watters

Hi I'm about to make my grow room pretty soon and was wondering how many plants would fit comfortably under my 2 600 watt hps lights. I got a 10 by 10 room with 2 house fans for air flow and am going to grow in soil. Any tips or pointers would be well appreciated

im thinking like, 9-10 under each. I cram 6 under my 400 and that's pretty much the extent to what a 400 can do.
