2-150w or 250w HPS lighting and heat

So I want to start growing in a box around 2-3' width, 3' length, 5' height. I'm debating between two 150w or one 250w HPS light. There are obvious advantages to having two lights, one being able to have multiple light sources and fuller lighting but what kind of heat would two 150w lights put out inside a box versus just one 250w? I don't have much knowledge on the heat production of these type of lights.

I got my 250w sunlight supply with ballast and all for 50$

just gotta keep looking around I wish I had 2 150w so I could do a sativa and indica and just raise one of the lights as needed
