1st Time w LED - Going big - Need advice

ok so I haven’t grown in about 5 years but I just moved into a new house with a spare 10x10 room. I’ve been researching for days trying to figure out what lights to use. I’ve grown successfully with HPS numerous times but the benefits from LED seem to be too good to pass up on this time around.

So I’m 100% going to dive straight into LED with a 10x10 grow room. I need 4 4x4 footprints. I’m not putting a budget on the lights either. However I won’t overpay for garbage. I’m not looking for veg lights. I still have my t5s

I’ve been looking at quantum boards q96elites. But I also thought about DIY from scratch with

14x Samsung LT-QB22A 4’ strips
x1 HLG-480H-48A Driver
(same diodes as qb96elite minus the far red)

Which would cost about 500each and compare with HLG 550s but I would have full control on the spread of light.

I know I said I’m new to LED but I’m not scared of any DIY electrical project in the slightest bit.

What would the difference be between these DIY vs some DIY qb96elites ? What are some other options ? I also said no budget but hey if there is some Black Friday deals or something; I do like to save some cash as well

Thanks ahead of time for any input!

Both the strips and QB96's are essentially the same when it comes to building. Need to construct a frame to support the strips or heatsinks, decide if you want to remote mount the drivers(I would) and basic wiring. Depending on how hard you drive the strips, all they really need is support. On the outrigger 44" F strips I'm using on my 4 Vero arrays, I just used some 2"x .125" aluminum strips and riveted the strips. Barely gets warm
