Kinda of small but thats your decision to flower. You need to get bloom or flower nute with higher middle and last number on the NPK scale. As for CFL's....I dont use them but I know 2700 and 6500 are the ones to use. Maybe its the 2700 for flowering but 'm not sure. I'm positive someone will chime in and give you the proper CFL to use.

Yeah Boneman you're right dude 2700k color temp for bloom.

neone know if i keep the veg goin for longer will it hurt since ive started a 12/12 cycle for about 5 days ? i thought it was a lil soon to start flowering just heard i could but would like it bigger thanks for the help so far ill keep posting pics

I wouldn't switch back now...you certainly can revert the plant back to veg growth with 18/6 but it will definitely stop plant growth for a while. You are better off keeping it going with 12/12 flowering and starting new one to veg bigger.

Looks Great So Far, Once That Second Set Pops Out, I'd Tip It So It Will Grow Back 2 More Stems...This Will Help You Possibly Get A Larger Yield In The End...
