1st grow w/ some pics

pictures of my two plants. one has a small burn on one leaf from the light.growing under a 250w hps, about 11-12 inches away.both plants are about 5 1/2 weeks old. they both started under some pretty bad fluoro lighting though, and were nute burned young, so they were stunted to begin with. one plant was topped.

They look pretty good, but you need to water them by the looks of the soil...
did you flush out the nutes after the overfeeding?

Yea i'm gonna do that in about an hour or so. Another thing-the ph was between 7.2 and 7.4 up until a few days ago when i checked and corrected it.

what size does my plants have to be before i put them into flowering

There is no real specific height or age. Generally, the longer you let them veg, the bigger the plant, the bigger/more bud. This isn't always true though, it depends on many different things. If you have a limited grow space, then it might be smart to flower your plant a bit earlier.

How long after i switch the lights should i expect to see flowers or preflowers?
