1st Grow SSH

Hi there i am about 8 - 9 weeks into flowering im a complete noob! so i must apologize, im using a 250w hps backed up with a giant 300w cfl, grown in soil, the temp is around 25 - 27, Ph has been around 6 throughout the grow, i have been using canna bio vega and flores throughout (and i think this is where my problem lies) i havnt been using micro nutes really (im going to use 3 part advanced nutrients and a 600w hps for my next grow) my buckets are far too small and the drainage is abit poor.
And what im thinking is that this plant is gonna be shit and needs binning?! or am i being over critical????
The buds just arnt forming its looked like this for about a week and a half now.
