1st Grow Journal, ever.

Allow me to start with all thhe equipment i will be using for this grow.
-3x3x6 silver edition grow tent.
-400watt 6in cool tube with relfector.
-Xtrasun convertible ballast 400watt-100watt 120v-240v
-6in centrifugal fan

I have the grow tent set up in the corner of two windows for temp control, and for a constant exchange of air and c02 for the plants to use. but mainly to allow cold air to come in and cool the tube and to relase the hot air out the opposite window.

Here are the main question i want to start with and for whoever will follow me thru this grow to help me with.
-Will a 6in fan be enough air flow to cool a 400watt cool tube?
-How can i get a sea of green type of grow goin using hydroponics with minimal water pumps n cords?
-How tall will clones be at harvest time if they are flowered at around 6inches in height?

I have many more but for now thats all. I also have a concern on connect my ballast to the light fixture. It has two options for the power cord on the ballast, should i connect a 400watt light fixture to the 120v or to the 240v side?

I posted up pics of the set up n the positioning of the tent and of some clones im keeping in a "mother clone" settin, been there for about a week now. i also posted a pic of some clones i took from them about 3days ago. alos took a pic of the back of the ballast where the power cord goes. for help.





and of course i threw in a pic of the clones rootmass ina hurry to get a bigger home.

From what I've read about. clones are already mature so they can start to flowering emediatly after roots take hold and the from start of flowering to finish plants double in size. So if your starting at 6 inchs I would assume they would end up being about 1-1 1/2 at finish depending on what strain and when you like to pick your bud. Hope that gives you a idea.
