1st grow in closet, need help!

This is my first grow. I'm growing in a closet 24 1/2 '' deep, 67 inches wide, and 98 1/2 inches high. There is a shelf seperating the closet at 67 inches high. I'm thinking of making the shelf a divider for two seperate grow spaces. the top one a veg and bottom a flowering chamber. I'm planning on putting a 2 foot 2 lamp flourescent http://www.htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=51907, for seedlings, and mabye mothers and clones in the future. I'm also thinking a 400 watt metal halide http://www.htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=48449 for the top chamber. I'm also getting a seed starter kit http://www.htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=48449. I plan on transplanting to 1/2 gallon grow bags and then to 3 gallon grow bags into a mix of vermiculite, pearlite, dolomite lime, and peat moss. On the bottom I already have a hps/mh 400 watt lamp, and was thinking about getting another hps lamp or mabye a light mover to make the most out of the space. It gets up to 90 degrees or so during the day and the only ventilation i have so far is a hole i cut above the shelf and stuck a window fan, probablly a stupid idea. If i make the closet into two seperate chambers i was thinking of gettin a 4inch intake fan rated for 170 cfm for the bottom chamber. will the window fan be enough for the top chamber? I will have ossilating fans in both. I bought a 3-pack of advanced nutes Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

For that space you only need 2 light sets.

I would go with the HPS for flower and the T5's for veg. Get the 4 x 2 ft T5's.

Regardless of your lights you are going to have to deal with the heat.
Also I would put the Flower above the Veg as the HPS puts out the most heat.
