1st attemp, LED's,HPs, and white whidow :)

So I'm pretty new to the game. Me and my roommate have set up our first grow in our garage of our new three bedroom house. He has his medical card and I care take for him as well as one other patient for the time being. We are currently allowed thirty adult plants, but due to over vegging our first four plants we are only growing twenty one for the time being.

Our set up is a more permanent tent set up in our garage, with about a 10'x5'x81/2' air tight room for both veg and flowering. The veg room is outfitted with two 135watt ufo LED's, as well as a hortilux hps in a Yeild Master II air cooled hood, as well as five true color cfl's.

The flowering room is set up with the new lumatek 1000 high par watt hps. It sits in a magnum XXL hood with 8" ducting sucking the heat at 500cfm's with a fan we picked up at home depot for 30$.

Both rooms are hooked up to a twenty lb. Co2 tank the only need to push about 1cfh to keep both rooms right around 1500 ppm.

Our first batch of clones were 8 trainwreck and 8 white whidow babies that had it real rough seeing as we were not at all prepared to take proper care of them. After a pretty good rooting process we soon realized that the were infested with spider mights and quickely whithering away. After we took care of those the four strongest were the only ones left alive. They spent some time in 4" pots in my closet until we got our garage set up. After the transplant the poor crippled plants quickly recovered and started growing fast. We also had our baby room set up and a new batch of trainwreck and purple urple growing healthy and quick.

After a solid two months of recovery and veg my widow's look amazing and the train wreck isn't doin to bad either. Those for along with four of the smaller plants after a strong three and a half weeks of veg. The four big guys are taking up a lot of flowering room and are about to take up a lot more as they double to triple in size over the next 8-10 weeks. They just started a half strength sensi bloom with the recommended dose of MOAB. We also alternate between just watering and feeding the plants.

I use sensi grow, sensi bloom, superthrive, and i have started applying an all organic bloom leaf and bud spray to induce thicker buds and shorter branches. I use einstien for bugs as well as an army of lady bugs.

I would like to know if anyone has any idea's or suggestions to improve my set up. I'll keep some pictures of these guys up so I can hopefully get some advice on what we might be doin wrong.DSC_0107.jpgDSC_0084.jpgDSC_0006.jpgDSC_0060.jpgDSC_0050.jpgDSC_0064.jpg

You seem like you have your shit together so good luck, guy. Trainwreck is pretty good and I'm a big fan of WW like most people. I'm growing 6 of them atm and just started flowering... I had 2 males tho but 2/8 ain't bad.

Sounds good. A $30 500cfm fan at HD? hopefully your talking about that royal piece of shit in line piece of shit they sell. what are your temps at? pics would be great.

Ya I heard the trainwreck is easy to grow but the white widow seems to be a lot easier to handle. It's a little less touchy about the temperature especially I think. I'm having problems getting good enough internet to post my pics i think. They should be up soon though. And ya its the royal piece of inline shit, but for the time being its doing an ecxellent job of keeping my flowering room below 80. I'm usually sitting right around eighty if not a little more in the veg room which i'm working on cooling down. I just turned the six or so ready to flower to 34 hours of darkness and then flipped them back on to start 12/12. That was a piece of local advice and i'm hoping I got it right.
