1more lighting ?

Along with my t5 grow I want to do a cabinet scrog type grow. I have an old dresser that I gutted and made a door for. It measures 30 in wide 19 in deep 40 in tall. Would a 150 w hps light be two much for the space?

not to much light but probably too much heat for such a small area. i would stick with t5's. but if you had proper ventilation you could probably get away with it...just remember you have to keep distance from your light to the canopy like at least 12 in.
so your plants would be really short. you can grow right up to the bulb on t5's though.

hi, for the scrog look at a air cooled hood, that way youll be able to get the light lower whilst removing the heat, resulting in a more even grow in theory anyway

I will set it up for a scrog hopefully. I plan on using a 4 in inline fan 100cfm
Pushing air into the cabinet and a 4 in 160 cfm fan pulling air out hooked to my filter.
I also have a few holes drilled in the bottom for free air flow.
