1m x 1m x 2m grow tent with 400w hps growing 5 plants from seeds - 1st time!

Hi all,

I have got the attached grow room set up http://www.greenshorticulture.co.uk/Grow-Tents-353/Dark-Room-Grow-Tent-Packages-485/Dark-Room-DR100-Grow-Tent-Package-1213.asp and had a couple of questions...........

I haven't started yet as waiting for seeds and to be fully clued up...

1st of all where abouts should i have my small fan, level with the plants (when they come through? in the opposite diagonal corner to my extractor and filter?

And also does the extractor and cooling fan need to be left on all the time or only when the lightsv are on?
