1lb closet and some breeding?

Started with half a closet. Went full closet. Took another half closet. Now added a small cabinet
Figured with new strains, new light, new adventure, I should do a new journal. Help myself keep track Hopefully

VEG closet: 2'x3'x3'
80w of light (2 40w LED screw in bulbs)
Coco ( big plants on auto feed once per day)
Late veg seeds:
Gorilla fast by 00 seeds
Purple haze by ILGM
Young seeds:
2x velvet sunrise. Received from a friend.
The velvet sunrise is in a seed starter mix I'm trying. I don't hate it yet
Clones:
2x gorilla fast
2x purple haze
1 Granddaddy purple by ILGM. I've had this pheno for 2 years now.

Flower closet: 2'x5'x8'
400w ACLK Amazon cheapo (untested)
6 inch exhaust fan with controller (untested)
4" intake fan
Coco. Auto feed twice per day
Right now I'm using this room for drying my last crop. (Granddaddy purple and Cream Mandarin)
The gorilla and purple haze are next

Pollen Cab: 2'x2'x1' (roughly)
20w LED (idk if it'll be enough or not:confused:)
1 GDP fem clone.

The old flower equipment was 2x 4" exhaust fans
Also 400w updayday. I have had zero problem with the updayday. Just got the ACLK and it fits my closet better. As it's rectangle like the closet instead of a square. So going to give it a shot
Getting rid of the cream Mandarin. It's a great smoke. And big yeilder. But seems prone to bud rot and nanners. At least in my conditions.

Took clones from Gorilla, PHZ and GDP.
2nd day on hand dry

(Also pics of new light)

Came home today and the light in the Pollen Cab isn't working. Only lasted 2 days!! Just won't turn on. So got this one in there now. More bars but same watts. Both these lights my wife got free from Amazon. Starting to see why
Anyways... adding couple pics in the week leading up current harvest

Well I've had some issues for a couple days getting lights to stay 12/12 in the Pollen cab. appears to be locked in. Been spraying daily with the colloidal silver. Plant looks healthy.
Somehow I forgot to spray/ water the GDP clone and I think I lost it. Other clones looking good.
Gorilla and purple haze are hitting the ceiling. Gorilla has some scorched marks but otherwise could care less. The purple haze does not like being this close to the light. Pretty good leaf curl going on. They have a couple days left till the flower closet is done drying and can be cleaned.
The 2 Velvet sunrise are wanting more light and new pots. Again waiting for the flower closet to open up. That's all today

Multi part post
Part 1. Gorilla and purple haze have now been transplanted and transferred to flowering. Will get them bent and fitted under a trellis later tonight. Purple haze looks like she's struggling compared to Gorilla. Hopefully not being shoved in a corner helps out Snapchat-1441790001.jpg20230415_184903.jpg

Part 2. Got em bent and net put up. Sitting in 2 gallon fabric pots. Will get the auto feed set up tomorrow.
I thought about veging for a week to fill a bit more but decided I better not. The purple haze is sativa dominant and idk how much it'll stretch yet so felt I shouldnt risk it. Should still be 98% filled by the time flowers start to show.
Currently have the light at 30 inches above canopy. There is no dimmer on this light so figured I'd start high and see how they react

I'll prolly get some haters for using this. But I had to try it. This bowl trimmer really does work.

Pros. Trims bud just fine
Takes minutes to trim what usually takes hours.
Keeps mess to a minimum

Cons. Your definitely loosing some trichs. Screen and rubber fingers become caked instantly
Any fragile buds or buds smaller then a quarter size get chopped and dropped into the trim. So if your one that likes to trim and keep larf. Keep it out of the trimmer!
Some buds still need minor hand trimming if your wanting perfection

I'm still a little unsure how I feel about using it. I think you loose a bit of weight in material. But man it gets the trimming done quick!!!

24hrs after transplant and move to flower. Perked right up. Lowered light to 28 inches.
20230416_200728.jpg

Got the 2 Velvet Sunrise transplanted and started some training now that there is room. Have roots on all clones except the GDP I dried out. Still leaving it to see if it'll come back. Went ahead and took another. Clone from the GDP in Pollen Cab 20230416_181919.jpg20230416_181848.jpg20230415_204936.jpg

Speaking of Pollen Cab. Went old school and put in some CFL bulbs. The built in timer on the led light was NOT accurate or dependable. I forgot how much heat these things put off. So I'll need to keep an eye on that for such a small space20230416_191907.jpg20230416_191926.jpg

Can anyone tell me if this might be nitrogen toxicity?
Purple haze has looked like this most of its life. No change. Both plants get fed from the same res. While purple haze is definitely a darker shade of green and the clawing. Gorilla is normal

Day 4 flower
Gave a dose of some neem oil. (Soaked the top few inches of Coco and foliar spray) as a hopeful prevention to the fungas gnats I got last run.

Day 7 flower
1 week in and all seems well. I have been tucking/weaving branches along with pulling a small handful of leaves every do or so. Moved light down to 25 inches from canopy.

Day 11 flower
They are looking good. A little bit more tucking and the 2x4 net will be 100% full. I'm due for another does of neem oil watering. So far no gnats. But I don't want to give them a chance.20230425_202639.jpg

Day 15 Pollen Cab (I believe)
She looks healthy, for something cramped in a box anyways. I keep having to bend branches to keep it under the ceiling so that's a good sign of growth. Flowers have started forming. Can't tell if there is any signs of male flowers yet. Been spraying every day. 2 times when I remember.20230423_172136.jpg

Veg tent
I'm not to sure when the 2 velvet sunrise popped as I didn't keep a record of any kind. But they must be 30-40 days old. One is wanting to stay short with minimal node spacing. The other keeps reaching for the light. I'm expecting some quicker growth now that they are in Coco with auto feed.
Have 1 gorilla and 1 phz in Coco solo cups now
The 2nd GDP clone I took has rooted so I'm happy I didn't loose that. 2 years is to long to let it go out like that. Haha20230425_203634.jpg

I forgot to mention I moved out of the tiny Pollen Cab and into a slightly larger Pollen tent. 2x1x3 feet. The reverse gdp is now under a SF1000. Dimmed to 80%. The male flowers appear to be opening up and throwing nanners now. 20230506_200951.jpg20230506_201058.jpg20230506_201123.jpg

Middle of week 4. Weather's changing and humidity inside the tent is going up. Borrowed a dehumidifier and it does a great job but the dry air it gives out is also warm. Causing my temperature to increase from 83-89F. At a loss right now20230510_220635.jpg20230510_220628.jpg

Decided to flick a branch on the reversed GDP over some tin foil to see and a couple pollen sacs fell with a bit of Pollen. Rubbed a Q tip in it and spotted a a couple buds on each the PHZ and Gorilla in flower. Plan to shut myself and the reversed plant in the bathroom tomorrow. Shake it real good over some more foil. Or maybe a bowl. Then collect and store pollen pollen20230514_175413.jpg
Week 5 in flower. The smell when opening door is rotten/sour, Yet a little fruity at the same time. Plants look healthy anf happy overall. Should have another 5 weeks to bulk up20230516_202939.jpg20230516_202846.jpg

Flower End of week 6
Everything seems to be on track per usual. Lights at 17 inches from canopy
Dehumidifier runs almost 24/7. Ran some duct from my intake to infront of house a/c vent and Dehumidifier Temps and rh have now been steady. light off vs on. 77F 53%rh 85F 48%rh20230524_202319.jpg
