1kw Scrog- Super lemon haze & diesel

Hey guys, just started germination on my new grow. I moved, so I had to find a new place. The quick run down on my room is as follows

5 ft x 6.5 ft and 5 feet tall
4 ft x 4ft scrog screen
1kw air cooled hood (hortilux super HPS & digital ballast)
8 inch vortex inline pulling through a 66 can fan carbon scrubber, running through the hood for cooling.


When I first needed a place to grow I knew it would be hard, because even though I’m legal, I hate drawing attention to myself.

I found an area beneath the house and thought, wow… It would be fun to try and grow here.

So I went about setting up my room, my ducting, and readied the scrog with some choice genetics.

Today candy of choice, 1x Diesel and 5x Greenhouse Super lemon haze, depending on the germination rate I get; I have some blue fruit, blue hash, and white widow waiting in the ranks…. But lets hope it doesn’t come to that.

Here are some pics of the original space, then the finished room, and the rapid rooters doing their work (started 5 minutes ago)

so pull up a chair, lets see what we can do with 62.5 watts per square foot, somone who knows how to scrog, and some genetics no one seems to jack about the yield rates on.

all the seeds popped, I'll transfer to soil in the next few days.

this will be a good one to watch veg time

pull up a chair all are welcome.

Into small cups, with drainage holes cut. they'll spend a week or so in this, before they go to grow bags, under the screen, and a 1kw hps.

there still under cfl's, working out some ballast issues.

ok... need to get a new ballast and get moving, I'm stalling under CFL's at this point

they wont be in a little bit, if I were growing under cfls it would be an issue... but... they're about to go under a 1kw hps.

I agree a bit stretched, that will go away once you switch over to the 1k HPS Subscribed man! Cant wait until they start flowering!

they're in 15 gal grow bags under a 1kw lumatek with a lux hps bulb now..... watered and going, should look good in a week

I'll post photos as soon as I can, I've got a virus right now that try's to get me to buy a fake antivirus... I'm surprised I made it all the way to the boards.

screen in place, no nutes yet... but I can tell they'll like it. Fox farms ocean soil, and plenty of air and light.
