Yeah I'd say any day they'll be done stretching. I usually bank on being done stretching by start of 3rd week.

the reason you plant is stretching dosent have anything to do with the flowering cycle in your case....it your lights your plant will continue to strech to seek out ample light,...you may wanna put your hand under the light and see wheres the farthest you can hold your hand comfortably for a while with out burning it ,...thats where you wanna have your light set,...if you burn your hand then youll probably burn the plants!!!....hope it helps

Your light it's fine dude, plant double sometimes triple in size after putting then into flower.
