I'm attaching pictures of top and bottom of the plants (because they differ for some reason, the bottom looks more ripe), aswell as trichomes close up shot through a microscope (not of best quality sorry).

1st plant - http://postimg.org/gallery/p2jlwg48/

2nd plant - http://postimg.org/gallery/apmboui2/

3nd plant - http://postimg.org/gallery/clkm5ae8/ (best trich shot over there)

My question is - is it a wise thing to cut them down now? Do you think I will loose much? The thing is I need to cut them down as soon as possible. Please, what do you suggest?

Honest thanks for all replies

I'm not experienced enough to say for sure, but I do see lots of brown pistils which is a good sign of getting ready to chop, also very nice bud in 2nd plant, nice and thick ;)
I'll let more experienced users give you a definitive answer, if it were me I'd start sharping my axe hehe.

Lol, sorry bud but your no where near. You will be looking at 16 weeks before you can even think about chopping. Those buds are immature.

Stick in there.

I have no idea what kind of sativa is that, i've grown a couple of plants before from bagseed and then my plants had seeds, and this is what came out of it. It stinks soooo bad when its properly dried, only way to carry it around with me was with an air sealed container, even 1g stunk so much that if I'm on public transport, then literally everyone on the bus can smell it. that bad.

If you have to cut them down, then cut them down, but they look to be a long way from done.

As everyone has already said you still got some time on your hands.... 2 to 2.5 weeks.... trichromes are still clear...
