13 watt 7000k work light?

I found a few of these in my garage and was wondering if they'd work. Any thoughts or experiences would be great thanks!

they would for seedlings but after a couple weeks you would need much more light

Ok so would it be helpful along with 4 45 watt cfls and is the 7000k good for veg

nope they wont work maybe for the first week of a seedlings life

as long as they are 45 actual watts and not equivalent watts then yes they would help a little. bulb temps of 5000k-7200k are good for veg with 7200k being the best
