im a first time grower too so ive never used the duel spectrum but less you in real small area why not go for the 400w i got mine on ebay for like $130 bucks with blub balast reflector timer and hangers free shipping just something to think about and its a digi balast that runs mh/hps think that would be cheaper than the duel spectrum bulbs hear they cost alot for those bulbs alone gl man and happy growing
