12/12 from seed, question...

If I planned on growing 12/12 from seed, would I need to get cool lights? Or could I use the warm ones I have?

As it stands right now, I've got 2x 42w, and 3x 26w warm cfls...

You only need warm. use the 2700Ks because u only need more of a red spectrum for flower since your not vegging at all.

although it would help the plant if you tossed in a couple of the 6500k daylight bulbs, a full spectrum could only benefit what vegetative growth you get, ultimately meaning bigger stems for bigger buds. i could be wrong tho.

Why start @ 12/12? I always keep em at 20/4 for first few weeks

I also think 24/0 is the way to go Also put a fan on them so that the stems grow nice and thick it will lead to a better plant all around. That is my thoughts any way.

right now i've only got warm lights... so it'd be a shitty veg anyways. no?
