11 weeks. need help.

I will link my video, I'm just wondering if my plants are okay, its been 11 weeks veg time on them but they seem really small, and I was wondering if i can bloom them now? they have moved to 3-4 different locations under these 11 weeks. any advice would be seen as useful.

It looks like you need more aeration media mixed in with your soil mix. Your root zone probably isn't all that healthy.

Looks like there is some salt accumulation damage showing up also. This fits with an underdeveloped root zone as your plant isn't taking nutrients like it should be.

You should probably transplant them to a media that has quite a bit of perlite in it. Knock off whatever extra soil you can without doing much damage to the root ball.
