The seedlings are setup in a 5x5 right now in another room while I finish out the main grow room.

The first challenge I am facing in the new home is low humidity in the winter. I had as low as 30% so I went out and got a few humidifiers. However, there are a few pockets on doors and windows that had them completely covered and no air flow so some humidity built up slightly.

My concern now, is that I was planning on blacking out the window in this grow room. But if I do so, I am going to have humidity there. These window coverings are just black out curtains, and they still don't breathe. The good thing is the door to the room and the window are on the same side of the room and will not be blocked by the tent.

The window is on the backside of the home, and I am contemplating buying some foam sheet and placing it on the exterior of the home during the winter.

I'd put the foam on the inside of the window. Cut it for a tight press fit in window frame and then seal it with some shrink window film.
